Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Oasis Research LLC. By accessing or using the Oasis Research LLC website or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access or use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement.

Permitted Use

All products and Services offered by Oasis Research LLC are designated for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for personal consumption, clinical application, or any diagnostic, therapeutic, or preventive purpose.

You agree to use our Services and products in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Oasis Research LLC retains the right to decline or cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe these Terms are being violated.

Proprietary Rights

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, and other materials displayed through our Services are the property of Oasis Research LLC and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any such material is strictly prohibited.

Purchasing & Payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and account information. You are responsible for keeping your payment details, email address, and contact information current so that we may process your transactions and reach you when necessary.

Return & Refund Policy

Given the nature of the materials we supply and relevant regulatory considerations, all purchases are considered final.

Oasis Research LLC does not accept returns, process refunds, or permit order cancellations after an order has been submitted, regardless of shipment or delivery status.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

Once a carrier confirms delivery, the package becomes the customer's responsibility. Oasis Research LLC is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, including theft from doorsteps, mailrooms, reception areas, parcel lockers, or other delivery points.

No refunds, credits, or replacements will be provided for shipments confirmed as delivered.

Shipping Errors & Transit Damage

If an order is affected by a verified fulfillment error on our part — such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage sustained during transit prior to delivery — you must notify Oasis Research LLC within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier's delivery date.

This reporting window is strictly enforced. Claims submitted after this period will be denied.

Required Documentation for Claims

Claims lacking any of the above documentation will not be processed.

Dispute Resolution

Following confirmation of an eligible error attributable to Oasis Research LLC, we may, at our discretion, reship the affected items. Cash refunds, account credits, or alternative forms of compensation are not guaranteed and will not be issued for delivered, refused, or stolen shipments. Chargebacks initiated for such orders will be contested using carrier records, delivery confirmation, and these Terms.

Communication Consent

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you consent to receive communications from Oasis Research LLC. These may include transactional notifications, account updates, support correspondence, and promotional messages sent via email, SMS, or other electronic channels using the contact information you provide.

Message frequency varies. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or replying STOP to any SMS message. Essential service-related communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, account alerts) will continue as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Oasis Research LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any products obtained through the Services.

Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
